Stainless Steel Conical Strainer belongs to a kind of fine filter, which is also called multi-function filter. It is composed of filter element and stainless steel filter. The number of filter element can be single or many. The cylinder of the whole machine is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel.

The filter not only can purify various kinds of water, oil, paint and other liquids, but also can be in food, metallurgy, electroplating, printing and dyeing and other occupations in the end of solid-liquid separation. Stainless steel filter core filter product function filtration accuracy: 0.1-60 micron. Filter core length: 10in, 20in, 30in, 40in, etc., can be customized.

Number of filter elements: 1 or more, determined by the size of the flow. Filter element raw materials: stainless steel, long fiber non-woven fabric, glass fiber, etc., by the user demand decision. Operation principle: pressure filtration. Shell materials: SS304 (06Cr19Ni10), SS316L (022Cr17Ni12Mo2).

Stainless steel filter element filter structure features matte finish, mirror finish or electrolytic finish on the outside of the filter. Mirror polishing and electropolishing are done inside the filter. Filter seals are made of food grade silicone rubber ring to ensure quality. The locking method of the filter is quick assembly and disassembly of clamp, sanitary casing or bolt.
