We can manufacture filters or strainer products according to customers’ designs, based on provided drawings or samples, and affix designated brands or logo on the required products and packages.

2. Filter Designing and Custmozing

We will flexibly customize suitable filter products for customers. 

Leveraging YMX Filter’s experiences accumulated by more than 28 years filter manufacuring, we can assist customers in designing a perfect filter product to meet their requirements.

Based on customers’ filtration requirements and operating environments, we will flexibly customize recommend more suitable filter materials, the optimal plate thickness and necesarry accessories, to design the suitable filter overal dimensions with most practical technique methods.

3. Inspection,Certificates and Documentation Services

We can supply various product certificates, test reports and inspection certificates for our clients as reqruied.  Product Drawings, Material Certificates, PMI Checking, Mill Test Reports, C/O (Certificate of Origin) ISO and CE certificates, TPI (Third Party Inspection), QA/QC check list.... and many other documents that customers will need to proceed with their projects.

4. Related Components Providing

In addtion to the manufacturing of the filter products, we can also process or procure other relavant companents for customers, making it convenient for customers to arrange consolicated shipping from China. For example, we can leverage our machining workshop to manufacturer related CNC parts, and also we can provide flanges, plastic parts, rubber seals, nuts, washers, studs to go wtih the filters or strainers.

We can strictly package the customized filter products in accordance with customers’ specific requirements. We also recommend suitable packing methods based on product characteristics and the mode of transportation. We always minimize transportation costs for customers, while ensureing the packaging safety.

QUALITY CONTROL

High-quality filter elements starts with good communications with customers. Our sales team attaches great importance to commuicating every product detail with customers. We need to fully understand the intended use, operating environments and all technical informations of the required filter or strainers, record them in detail, and relay them to our technical team.

After the communication of every details, our technique team shall give a technical drawing to provide for customer checking, to make sure all informations are correctly understood by both sides.

Our quotation is only made on the basks of a thorough understanding of the product. If there’s any discrepancies on the product specification or any change or alternative production methods between customer requirements and our actual manufacuturing practice, we will clearly specify them in the quotation.

During production, we will provide the workshop detailed drawings and a checklist of all key requirements, and conduct real-time supervision over every processing steps. After production we conduct a comprehensive quality inspections, including visual appearance check, dimensional verification, weight check, and take photos for customer checking. Also customers can send third party inspection if needed.
