Wedge wire screen tube, also called wedge wire screen pipe, is made of stainless steel wires, which is the most popular type of the Johnson screen. Because of outstanding chemical stability and corrosion resistance.

Our Wedge Wire Screen Tubes/pipes are construced of V-Shaped slot profile wires. The wedge wire screen tubes and cylinders are mainly used in industies like water treatment, oil and gas industry, foo and beverage produciton, mining, environmental protecting applications, etc.
The wedge wire screen tube is composed of working profile and support profile. It is welded on an special automotive machine. The support profiles are placed on the proper position of the machine, during the surface profiles are spirally wounding and welded into the surface profiles.
Materials: Stainless steel430, 321, 304, 304L,316 or 316L, etc. Other materials as per requirement.
Applications:The johnson wedge wire screen pipes are mainly used for the water-treatment, water well drilling, oil well drilling, mineral processing, coal-cleaning plant, sewage treatment and other industries.
