The Microfiltration Rotary Drum Filter is used to seperate the micro suspended solids out of the liquid. The microfiltration Drum Filter uses much finer filter media with micro-opening size to intercept very small suspended solid by the centrifugal filter drums. The Microfiltration drum filter equipment is designed to impove the old styple drum filters, make it less easy clog, less easy damaged, and lower maintenance cost, etc.
The Microfiltration Rotary Drum Filter is a mechanical filtering device, consists of a driving device, overflow water distributor, Flushing/Washing System, the Wedge Wire Drum Screen or Perforated Metal Screen, etc.
YMX supply the whole equipment with or without Sludge Dischage device and water collection. And to suit different application conditions the rotary drums screens can be internally fed drum screen and externally fed drum screen.

Perforated Screens----provide a high capture rate of materials bigger than the perforation size.
Wedge Wire Screens----minimize the risk of clogging and maximizes permeability ratio with the V-shaped profile.
